3Plus (Platform), is a website owned and operated by 3Plus Games Private Limited (Company). 3Plus operates a gaming platform, which focus on skill-based games, developed by third party developers and licensed to 3Plus, but may also include games developed by 3Plus (Platform/ Services).

We/we' or 'Us/us/Our/our' refers to the Company, and ‘You/Your/Users/you/your/users’ refers to the users of our Platform and/or Services.

2. Governmental Investigations, Public Display and Authorized Third Party Activities

The Company at no occasion is responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever, received by you from any third-party websites. Accordingly, the Company does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such third-party websites, nor does the Company control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such third-party websites.

When You use the Platform, we try to make that experience simple and meaningful. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on the Platform will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any significant material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on the Platform.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

While you may use this website from any jurisdiction wherefrom access to the same is possible either directly or through virtual private networks; the Company, the Platform and the Services are provided in compliance with Indian law, and this Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all matters pertaining to this Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Paragraph 15 of the Terms of Use on ‘Governing Law and Dispute Resolution’ is incorporated, mutatis mutandis, to this Privacy Policy.
