Refund policy

Every game and contest in 3Plus Games has its own unique rules, regulations, and policies that you are required to follow. If we cancel your participation in a specific game or contest in any case, we will refund your entry fees within a reasonable timeframe depending on the circumstances. The refund policy of 3Plus Games are:
1. In the event, that a Game is cancelled due to a technical error or any other factors solely related to the gaming Platform, or on account of identifying a Fair Play Violation, the following settlement policy shall be followed:- 1.1 All Genuinely Affected Users will get a refund of the entry fee amount they paid for the game; and
- 1.2 If the Users indulge in the Fair Play Violation, the entry fee amount paid shall be forfeited, and in accordance with the policy, a Fair Play violation fee may be imposed on such Users.
- 2. Refunds on account of cancellations of games or contests mentioned in point 1 will be reviewed and confirmed by the 3Plus games team. Required action will be taken within 3 days of receiving such a request in accordance with these Terms.
- 3. If in case of any transaction error, you are required to notify us within three days from the date of the transaction. We will take appropriate action after investigating the matter properly.
- 4. In case of a refund, the money will be issued only to the accounts that are registered at the time of your entry. It will be the same for the payments which are done through different payment gateways.
- 5. Also, 3Plus Games have the authority to deduct any rewards given for the same before initiating the refund.
- 6. Your account’s idle balance has a validity of 365 days. You need to withdraw or utilize the balance amount within this time period. Because 3Plus Games reserves the right to forfeit the amount in your account if it is in the inactive stage for more than 365 days.
